Panadem LLC specializes in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Panadem’s clients transfer their organization’s non-core but critical business process/function to Panadem LLC who uses its comprehensive IT-based delivery systems for its world class services. By doing so, Panadem BPO helps an organization concentrate on its core competencies, improve efficiency, reduce cost and improve shareholders’ value.
With two offices in the United States focusing on customer support and service, as well as, a major hub in Secunderabad, India due to its large computer-literate English-speaking population, low billing rates, strategically favorable time zone and high quality, Panadem LLC is able to provide turn key applications for multiple disciplines and industries.

Meet the team at Panadem LLC: led by founder and operator Matthew L Strahl, and under the skilled management and direction of C. Jyothi Prasad.
Matthew L. Strahl serves as the President and Founder of Panadem LLC, a conglomerate encompassing Panadem Systems Pvt. Ltd, Panadem BPO, and Panadem MT. With over 25 years of senior management experience, Mr. Strahl has adeptly navigated various sectors including healthcare, consumer goods, contract manufacturing, medical diagnostics operations, and sales.
C. Jyothi Prasad is the Managing Director of India Operations for the southern region, which includes offices in Chennai, Tirupati, and Bangalore. In this role, he oversees a team of over 300 salaried associates who specialize in Medical and Medico-Legal transcription services, covering both production and quality control. With a wealth of experience spanning more than 20 years, Mr. Prasad is a seasoned expert in transcription services management.
